Clear skies.A shakedown test took place today at Fiorano, of the F2004 M, the updated version of the car that won the 2004 world championship and with which, Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro will start the 2005 Championship.Andrea Bertolini covered a total of 21 laps, one of them on the short track and all of them using wet weather tyres. The best time on the day was a 1’04″287.Development testing of the F2004 M will resume on 22nd January on the straight at Vairano, with Bertolini once again at the wheel. The world champion worked on the set-up of the F2004 M, while the Scuderia’s official test driver concentrated on development testing of Bridgestone tyres.Schumacher completed a total of 57 laps, the quickest in a time of 1’16’003.
