Englewood Cliffs, 6 June 2018 – Forty-five Ferrari Challenge race cars will again gather at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal, Canada from June 8th to the 10th for the fourth round of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli series in North America. Drivers will take to the track in practice sessions on Friday while racing action will be on Saturday and Sunday.

A Competitive Season Continued at Laguna Seca. Ferrari Challenge returns to action in Montreal after a hugely competitive weekend at Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca in May. Nearly 70 Ferrari Challenge cars competed at the fabled California circuit and six drivers went home with the first place trophies of their respective classes.

A Special Weekend in Montreal. Ferrari Challenge will again support the Grand Prix du Canada at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, a tradition that dates back to 1995 and has been continued nearly every year since. The circuit’s long back straight and tight confines make this a special challenge, particularly considering the limited practice time on a busy weekend.

Schedule. Cars will take to the track for the first time on Friday morning for the first of two 20-minute practice sessions where all 45 cars will take to the track at once. On Saturday, there will be qualifying from 12:20 to 12:55, followed by racing action at 3:35. On Sunday, drivers will have a single race at 11:20 before enjoying the spectacle of Formula 1 action which starts at 2:10.
